On the 4th August, we explained that the item IS sterling silver, complies with all UK laws and asked what tests were performed and by whom.
We explained that you could seek help from Trading Standards or seek legal representation or return to us for a refund.
On the 7th August 21:30, you responded with

“Customer wants to return the item however there is no response from seller hence claim filed.”

We responded to the A-z case at 00.27 saying please return for a refund.

Amazon themselves decided to refund the customer with no financial loss to ourselves.

12th August, Amazon place the comb and scissors charm on hold as the customer had claimed it was fake.
Amazon requires proof.

13th August we find the invoice and proof to verify that it is sterling silver.
Amazon agrees and reinstates the charm listing on the 14th August.
