We have been packing and dispatching orders over the Christmas and New Year, but a number of our Italian customers have commented on the long delivery time. We have found that a number of packets have made it to Italy but it appears that Poste Italiane has got a bit of a backlog. Sorry about this.
We can see through the tracking that they are moving but very slowly. Hopefully they will have everything back to normal soon.
