To be quite honest, No.
The charm, as you may have seen from the extra images against the ruler, is quite small.
Even though some engravers can use lasers now and will be able to engrave very tiny letters, I think that with 2 initials and the date, it would be barely legible.
The only way to be sure would be to show the ebay listing to an engraver and see what they think.
